Getting a custom-made website at Website Falcon is easy, fun and you can monitor each step of the process

Tell us a little bit about your requirements, business, goals and proposed audience.

After placing your order with us:
We will send you an email confirming that we received your order.
You will be assigned a project manager who will assist and guide you along each phase of your project.
We will ask you to fill out a short questionnaire. This will better enable us to make concepts geared toward your requirements and specific criteria.

Your project manager will help you in every aspect of the process and will make sure that things run smoothly.

The questionnaire helps us understand your particular requirements better and create effective custom-made concepts suitable for your organization. Types of questions that you can expect to see are: show us some websites that you like, what is your proposed audience, what you are trying to achieve through your site, do you have any style, layout or color scheme preference, etc.

All questions are optional and you may choose not to answer any of them. We will be happy to propose concepts based on our experience and understanding of your needs.

Get custom-made concepts made for your website.

We are now ready to make custom tailored concepts for your website. We will start right away.

You can send us your content or for the time being we can put in placeholder content for you which can be changed later on. If you already have a logo, specific images, graphics, multimedia files or other media relevant to your organization, you can forward it to us also.

We will create a custom-made concept for your new or existing website in Adobe Photoshop. These will be representations of how your homepage and an inner page will look. If you purchased a package or service that offers custom graphics, we may use Illustrator as well.

You can see your first concept within 5 – 7 business days. You can choose to either go with the one we have made or choose to have others made. If you would like to see more concepts, new ones will be made based on your feedback each having a turnaround time of 3 – 5 business days.

You can then select the one that you like and we will revise and fine-tune it so that it looks how you would like it to.

Review, Revise and Test your Website

You can review your website and tell us if you would like any changes. If you have additional files such as your logo, pictures or sound files that you would like on your site, you can send them to us. Remember, we allow you to choose from a collection of over 350,000 high quality stock images from istockphoto.com.

We will modify, edit, change and update your chosen concept to the point that you are completely satisfied.

At this point, our coders will convert your concepts into a fully functional website that is ready to be delivered.

Receive your completed project

Your web site is completed and we are ready to deliver it.

As a courtesy, we can upload your completed site to your host or we will deliver it to you as a zip file. In your completed project, along with your web site, you will also receive the graphic source files for the concept of your site if requested.
